Postage & Packaging
For your first order using your card, your card address details must be the same as the delivery address, we have chosen to do this to prevent fraud being committed and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your order will only be dispatched once the money for the product has been cleared.
We check all our products before leaving our warehouse for any signs of damage, and we record this just in case something goes wrong during transit.
Free Delivery Options
We now offer
Free Delivery on all Order’s over £50.00 for the UK.
This will be anywhere in the UK, apart from the Shetland Isle and Ireland as this is classed as Europe.
Our Delivery Price’s Explained
We offer a number of delivery options for the UK, and it’s up to you which one you want to choose, so once you add all your items wanted to your basket then our software will work out the Order total / weight / height / width and Length and give you all the option available, Below is what you will be offered and will only be available if your order is under the £50.00 for free delivery.
Option 1 is – (Royal Mail Large Letter) this service is suitable for small items that have less than a combined size of (2.4cm Height x 24cm width x 23cm length) and the price for this service is from (95p to £2.42 1st class) and (74p to £2.05 2nd class)
Option 2 is – (Royal Mail small Parcel) this service is for items that are small but are larger than 2.4cm high, and all items in your cart must not exceed the size of (14cm height x 33cm width x 43cm length) and the price for this service is from (£3.30 to £6.55 1st class) and (£2.80 to £3.90 2nd class), We also offer next day by 1pm on a small parcel and the price for this varies from £6.45 to £11.00.
Option 3 is - (Royal Mail Medium Parcel) This service is very expensive and we will not offer this service if you qualify for our spend over £50 for FREE delivery option as we can send out this parcel cheaper elsewhere, but we will however offer this service if you only like to use Royal Mail, the price for this service is (£15.85 to £16.95 for 1st Class) and (£13.75 to £14.85 for 2nd Class) and the max combined size of you basket can be no bigger than (44cm Height x 44cm Width x 57cm Length) We also offer royal mails next day by 1pm and the price for this service is (£26.60)
The 3 options above will take 1 to 2 days for 1st class and 2 to 3 days for 2nd class
Option 4 is – (Parcel Force 48) is service that will take 48 hours to get to you, the price for this service is (£12.98 2 to 5kg and £16.40 for 5 to 10kg) and the max sizes are 44cm Height x 44cm width x 57cm Length.
Option 5 is - (Parcel Force 24) is service that will take 24 hours to get to you, the price for this service is (£17.48 2 to 5kg and £20.90 for 5 to 10kg) and the max sizes are 44cm Height x 44cm width x 57cm Length.
Option 6 is – (My Hermes) this service is based on weight only and will cost as follows.
Up to 1kg is £3.98
From 1 kg to 2 kg is £4.98
From 2 kg to 5 kg is £6.99
From 5 kg to 10 kg is £8.69
From 10 kg to 15 kg is £10.98
This option (My Hermes) will take between 2 to 5 days but most likely 2 to 3 days.
Option 7 is – (Next Day Delivery by Courier) we can offer this service but it will cost a lot more, but if you are willing to pay then we are willing to use, the price for this option will vary dependent on the weight and the overall size of you parcel (see prices etc below), also there is a cut of time for you to make an order so we can book it in time for collection (By 9pm for collection the next day) also this time includes your payment being processed and arriving at our end in time.
Up to 5 Kg and no size greater than (35cm height x 35cm width x 35cm length) and the price for this is £8.68 + Vat = £10.42
Up to 10 Kg and no size greater than (45cm height x 45cm width x 45cm length) and the price for this is £9.68 + Vat = £11.62
Up to 15 Kg and no size greater than (60cm height x 60cm width x 60cm length) and the price for this is £10.68 = Vat = £12.82
Up to 20 Kg and no size greater than (70cm height x 70cm width x 70cm length) and the price for this is £11.68 = Vat = £14.02
These prices above includes a signed for fee + insurance.

Taking Delivery of your goods
Important Please Read
Please make sure you check and DO NOT accept the delivery if the packaging / products are damaged / tampered with in any way. Once you accept the delivery they will mark on their forms that the package was delivered in good condition, and we will not be able to pursue a claim from them.
If they don’t have time for you to check your item’s, then please get them to mark this on their form, as they will not be able to get out of a claim against them, as we have followed the proper protocol
If you could not check your order at the time of delivery and your product was damaged, you must then let us know within 2 days after the delivery by phone or email otherwise it will be considered that the products arrived in perfect order, You will then have 30 days to send back your order at any post office or a courier will collect at a time that suits you.
If there is no one at your home to accept your parcel then the delivery company will leave a note with instructions on collecting the parcel from there depot or you can phone them up and rebook another delivery date.
If you fail to accept the delivery after they have tried for the 3rd time, we will then cancel your order and credit you the cost of the goods less the cost of postage and packing for delivery and for its return
You can cancel an order at any time before we dispatch the products, just email us through this website or email us @ email@example.com or phone us on (+44) (0) 1962 773180 to confirm this as soon as possible.
If you have made an order and you decide to cancel, but the order you have made has already been dispatched, you will be charged for the postage and packing for the delivery and its return, once we receive your returned purchase then we will credit you the remaining amount, (items must be Un-used, without any damage and in its original packaging).
Late or lost Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived by the set time then please don’t hesitate and phone us and have your order details to hand, We will then contact the delivery company through either their tracking service or by phone to find out what has happened, and then we will ring you back as soon as we have located your item/s.
If your parcel is lost for any reason during transit then we will ask you to put this in writing with your order details, Either by letter or email, If we find that the delivery company is at fault then we will offer you the same order again with a 10% discount and free delivery for your inconvenience (only in the UK), or you can have a full refund (It’s Your choice), please state your decision when writing to us and once we have received your request we will keep you informed of the situation either by phone or email, and we guarantee to have this resolved within 3 working days from receipt of your request unless an item is out of stock.
Packaging Materials Used
All our orders are sent out using secure and padded packaging materials to protect the products from damage.
We use padded envelopes for large letters and cardboard boxes for packets.
We also have the option of using mailing bags which are much lighter but cannot be used on all of our products
For padding on the products we use bubble wrap.
We also use biodegradable loose fill which protects your products from damage during transit.
